Simple Wills

Many people perceive that they want a simple Will, typically dividing an estate in "equal shares" between the children, provided they attain the age of 21, or, failing that, between other relatives in equal or percentage shares.

Of course we can provide that but we rarely do because of all the problems listed on the home page. After all who would ever sign a contract forcing themselves to pay perhaps £100,000 to each of their children at the age of 21 regardless of the circumstances. Well that is what a Simple Will may force the Trustees to do let alone the tax
